End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and SolariiX Studio (the “Developer” or “We”). This Agreement applies to your installation or use of the game "Exiles" (the “Software” or “Game”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Software.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

• Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Software;
• Renting, leasing, selling, transferring, or sublicensing the Software;
• Removing or altering any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices from the Software;
• Distributing the Software for any advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes.

5. User Generated Content

You may create or upload content within the game. You agree to take responsibility for any content you create or upload and warrant that you own the rights to it or have obtained the necessary permissions. You grant the Developer unlimited rights to use this content within the game or for promotional purposes.

6. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is.” The Developer makes no warranties express or implied regarding the performance, stability, or suitability of the Software. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, etc.

8. Termination

If you violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the Developer has the right to terminate this license immediately. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Modifications

The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to users on the official website or within the game.
